To achieve our goal of self-sustainability, we launched Myanmar Care Bakery（甸記）, a socially conscious pastry brand. These handmade treats, crafted by overseas Chinese from Myanmar, are more than just delightful bites—they carry the warmth of home and the mission of giving back to their roots.
The birth of Myanmar Care Bakery was inspired by deep reflections during the global pandemic. In 2020, as COVID-19 swept across the world, we faced challenges in Taiwan while feeling a profound concern for students in rural northern Myanmar. Motivated by this concern, we established Myanmar Care Bakery in 2021. Through these pastries, we aim to connect more people, turning love and support into tangible actions.
